Inner Thigh Press

Squeeze your thighs together hold and for five seconds. Repeat ten times.

Gluteus Squeeze

 Contract your butt muscles hold for five seconds. Repeat ten times.

Seated Abdominal Contractions

 Imagine a belt around your waist. Push your belly button towards your spine as if you are tightening the belt. Hold for five seconds. Repeat ten times. Combine this with any exercise you do as it stabilizes the low back and prevents injury.
